Use of the Service

You may use ScoreVox only in compliance with these terms and applicable law. You agree not to misuse the service, interfere with its operation, attempt unauthorized access, or use ScoreVox in a way that could harm the product, other users, or third parties.

Accounts and Prerelease Access

Some ScoreVox features may require login or other eligibility requirements. We may approve, delay, limit, suspend, or revoke access at our discretion, especially for prerelease testing, service integrity, or security reasons.

Development, alpha, and beta builds require crash diagnostics and related stability reporting as a condition of use. If you do not want to participate under that requirement, do not use those prerelease builds.

Acceptable Use

• Do not use ScoreVox for unlawful, deceptive, or abusive activity.
• Do not reverse engineer, scrape, exploit, or attempt to disrupt the service.
• Do not upload or transmit content that you do not have the right to use.
• Do not interfere with testing, diagnostics, security, or service reliability.

Your Content and Inputs

You retain rights to content and information you provide, subject to the rights needed for ScoreVox to operate the service, troubleshoot issues, and improve product quality. You are responsible for making sure you have the right to provide any data, audio, text, or other content you submit or process through the service.

You represent that you have the authority to submit player, team, and game information through ScoreVox and to share game information using the sharing features you choose to enable.

Player Claims

Player claims and related features exist solely to support ScoreVox functionality. They do not establish legal identity, guardianship, ownership, eligibility, or any official athletic record.

Sharing Games

When you choose to share a game, you are responsible for ensuring you have the authority to record, upload, and share that game information.

Product Outputs and Accuracy

ScoreVox may generate transcripts, statistics, summaries, or other outputs based on speech, user input, and automated processing. These outputs may be incomplete or inaccurate. ScoreVox is designed to assist with sports statistics and should not be relied upon as the official record of a game unless independently verified.

Privacy

Your use of ScoreVox is also subject to the Privacy Policy, which explains how we collect, use, and disclose information.

Intellectual Property

ScoreVox and its related branding, software, design, and content are owned by ScoreVox LLC or its licensors and are protected by applicable intellectual property laws. These terms do not give you ownership of the service or any ScoreVox intellectual property.

Third-Party Services

ScoreVox may rely on third-party providers and services, including hosting, analytics, diagnostics, authentication, communications, storage, and related infrastructure. We are not responsible for third-party services outside our reasonable control.

Service Availability and Changes

We may update, suspend, restrict, or discontinue any part of ScoreVox at any time, with or without notice. Prerelease builds may change more frequently as part of testing.

Disclaimers

ScoreVox is provided on an “as is” and “as available” basis to the maximum extent permitted by law. We do not guarantee uninterrupted availability, accuracy, reliability, or fitness for a particular purpose.

Limitation of Liability

To the maximum extent permitted by law, ScoreVox will not be liable for indirect, incidental, special, consequential, exemplary, or punitive damages, or for lost data, lost profits, lost goodwill, or business interruption arising from or related to your use of the service.

Termination

We may suspend or terminate access to ScoreVox at any time if we believe these terms were violated, the service is being misused, or continued access would create product, legal, or security risk.
