How to Request Deletion

In the app, open your profile, choose Delete Account, and type DELETE to confirm. If you cannot access the app, email [email protected] from the same email address associated with your ScoreVox account. ScoreVox LLC will review and process verified requests.

Include the subject line: Delete My ScoreVox Account.

If you contacted us from a different email address, we may ask for additional confirmation before deleting account-related data.

Delete Data Without Closing Your Account

Email [email protected] with the subject Delete My ScoreVox Data. Describe the data you want removed, such as a particular cloud game, saved roster, profile information, or analytics associated with your account, and tell us that you want to keep your account. Use your account's email address when requesting removal of account-related data. Do not include your password or payment-card details.

We will verify the request and explain any records we must retain, including information needed to keep requested account or subscription features working. The retention limits below also apply to requests to delete particular data.

Cancel Subscriptions Separately

Deleting your ScoreVox account does not cancel a paid Pro subscription. To stop future renewals, cancel the subscription through Google Play or the App Store where you purchased it. Uninstalling ScoreVox also does not cancel your subscription.

What We Can Delete

• Your ScoreVox account login record.
• Your ScoreVox profile information, such as your name and display name.
• Your private player library, saved rosters, memberships, and account entitlements.
• Private or unshared cloud game data owned by the account.

What May Not Be Deleted Immediately

• Public and unlisted shared games may be preserved as anonymous historical content so that existing shared links and statistics continue to work; owner identity and personal player attribution are removed.
• Crash and diagnostics records already sent to Firebase Crashlytics may remain in provider systems for a limited retention period before aging out.
• Analytics records in PostHog may require follow-up deletion or may remain only in aggregated or de-identified form where they are no longer reasonably linked to you.
• Purchase and subscription records held by RevenueCat or the app store may require separate handling and may be retained for transaction history, refunds, fraud prevention, accounting, or legal obligations. Account deletion does not automatically erase those provider records. Contact us about deletion requests relating to subscription data.
• Email correspondence and support records may be retained where reasonably necessary for support history, abuse prevention, security, accounting, or legal compliance.
• Copies of data already exported or saved on your own device are outside our control and must be deleted by you.

Important App Storage Note

Most game data in the current ScoreVox mobile app is stored locally on your device. Deleting your ScoreVox account clears local data for that account on the current device, but does not erase anonymous data, data belonging to another local principal, or exported files already stored outside the app.

To remove local app data from your device, uninstall the app or clear the app's local storage using your device settings.

Timeline

App deletion begins immediately after confirmation. We will review support requests and aim to begin processing them within a reasonable time after verifying the request. If some records cannot be deleted immediately, we will explain the reason.
